Mars Hill No. 2 in Latest NCAA Football Super Region II Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS - Mars Hill has been ranked
second in this week's NCAA Super Region II football poll, the NCAA
Division II Football Committee announced on Monday.
The Lions, 7-2 overall and 7-1 in the region, climb two spots
from last week's poll.
Mars Hill is coming off an impressive 47-37 win at Tusculum on
Saturday that kept the Lions on top of the SAC standings. MHC has
a bye in Week 10, and then can clinch at least a share of the
conference championship with a win over Carson-Newman on Nov.
12.
MHC is led by All-America candidate Jonas Randolph, who leads
the nation in rushing and set a SAC record with 373 yards on
Saturday against the Pioneers.
Delta St. is the top-ranked team in this week's Super Region
II poll.
