Tusculum's Legiste Named South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Basketball Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Tusculum forward Inady Legiste has been named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played during week ten of the 2020-21 season, the Conference announced today.

Legiste, a freshman from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., led the Pioneers to a 60-59 win over Anderson last week in SAC action. He recorded his first career double-double, scoring 20 points and hauling in 12 rebounds, including 10 of Tusculum's 28 offensive rebounds. He shot 61.5 percent from the floor and recorded one block in the win.

This is Legiste's first player of the week selection this season.
