Soccer Player of the Week Honors go to LMU’s Pinto, L-R’s Hauck

ROCK HILL, S.C. - Lincoln Memorial midfielder
Mario Pinto and Lenoir-Rhyne midfielder Catherine Hauck have been
named the SAC Soccer Players of the Week, league officials
announced on Tuesday.

Pinto scored four of LMU's goals last week, including a hat
trick in the Railsplitters' 5-1 win over Newberry. On the week,
Pinto attempted eight shots-on-goal.
His hat trick against Newberry was just the second in the SAC
this season.
Hauck led the Bears to a pair of wins last week against
Belmont Abbey and Anderson. She tallied a goal and an assist
against the Crusaders at home before scoring the match's lone goal
in a road win against the Trojans.
Hacuk, last year's SAC Player of the Year and Food Lion SAC
Tournament MVP, currently leads seventh-ranked Lenoir-Rhyne in
goals (four) and points (nine).
