Hickory, N.C.----The seventh-seeded Wingate University Bulldogs advanced in thrilling fashion in NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament action for the second time in three days, prevailing 3-0 in penalty kicks to advance past second-seeded Lenoir-Rhyne and into round three after the teams were tied 1-1 through 110 minutes of action. Freshman goalkeeper Aleksa Janjic saved all three LR penalty kick attempts to help the 'Dogs move on. Wingate goes to 10-4-7 overall, while the Bears end their season at 12-4-3.
