Wingate's Beale Crowned Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 Winner

ROCK HILL, S.C. (theSAC.com) – Wingate's Laney Beale was honored as the 2025-26 SAC Women's Basketball Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 award winner on Thursday (March 5).

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 23 team championship sports.

Beale holds a 4.00 GPA while studying Sport Management. On the court, Beale has started all 28 games this season for Wingate and is the team's third-leading scorer.
