Coker's Fajardo Named South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Women's Golfer of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Coker's Alicia Fajardo was named the South Atlantic Conference AstroTurf Golfer of the Week for events played during week two of the 2020 season, the Conference office announced today. 

Fajardo, a senior from Gran Canaria, Spain, carded scores of 79 (+7) and 74 (+2) over two rounds to take home individual medalist honors at the Converse Spring Invite. The tournament title was Fajardo's first of her career and marked the second top-10 finish she has had this season.

This is Fajardo's first SAC Women's Golfer of the Week award of the season.
