Four SAC Women's Golf Teams Ranked in First NCAA South Region Ranking

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference posted four teams in the NCAA South Region Women's Golf Rankings.  Limestone came in at No. 4, with Anderson checking in at No. 5, Lenoir-Rhyne is No. 10, and Carson-Newman earned the No. 12 spot.

The Saints are currently ranked No. 3 nationally according to the Women's Golf Coaches Association Poll. Anderson is tied for No. 6 nationally, Carson-Newman is No. 18, and Lenoir-Rhyne is No. 22.

The rankings are the official poll utilized by the NCAA in the championship selection process and will continue to be released each week by the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Committee up to the NCAA Championship selections.
