Anderson Continues to Lead After Round Two of 2022 SAC Women's Golf Championship

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The Anderson Trojans added to their lead after posting a 10-under-par 294 as a team in the second round of the 2022 South Atlantic Conference Women's Golf Championship at the Hartsville Country Club in Hartsville, S.C. The Trojans now hold an 11-shot lead with a two-day total of 590 (+14) over the Limestone Saints (+25, 601) and a 12-shot lead over Wingate (+26, 602).

Carson-Newman (+36, 612) is in fourth, followed by Queens (+40, 616) in fifth and Lincoln Memorial (+44, 620) in sixth. Tusculum and Lenoir-Rhyne are tied for seventh with two-day totals of 636 (+60). Catawba is in ninth at 644 (+68), while Coker is in tenth at 645 (+69). Rounding out the field are Newberry (648, +72) in eleventh, Mars Hill (687, +111) in twelfth, and UVA Wise (733, +157) in thirteenth.

Anderson's Jessica Rathbone leads the field individually with a two-day total of 141 (-3), followed by Lincoln Memorial's Rachel Mathieson in second with an even-par 144.
