Tusculum’s Katelyn Doss Named Women’s Tennis Player Of The Week

ROCK HILL, SC -- Tusculum College's Katelyn Doss has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the week ending February 23, 2010.

Doss, a junior from Bristol, Va. (Virginia HS), recorded a win in singles and doubles to lead the Pioneers to a 9-0 win over Milligan College.

Doss posted a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Caitlin Conley at No. 1 singles. She preceded that with an 8-4 pro set victory with No. 1 doubles partner Caroline Crowe over the Milligan duo of Caitlin Conley and Jessie Rose Remegi.

The Pioneers are off to a 4-0 start.
