Lincoln Memorial's Waugh Named 2020 SAC Women's Tennis Elite 20 Winner

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lincoln Memorial senior Kiersten Waugh was honored as the 2020 Elite 20 Award winner for women's tennis, presented by the South Atlantic Conference on Friday (April 17).

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 20 team championship sports.

Waugh, a senior from London, Ontario, has a 3.997 GPA while majoring in biology and pre-medicine, completing 115 credit hours.

Waugh finished the 2020 season with an 8-4 record overall in singles action, playing mostly at the No. 3 position. She also went 8-4 at No. 2 doubles with partner Amanda Dahlstrom.
