Wingate's Kosmrlj Named South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Tennis Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Wingate's Chloe Kosmrlj has been named the South Atlantic Conference Varsity Gems Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played during week one of the 2023 season, the Conference announced today.

Kosmrlj, a sophomore from Canada, led the No. 20 Bulldogs to a season-opening 7-0 victory against West Virginia State. She was victorious at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles. She won her singles match 6-1, 6-3 and she won her doubles match 6-2.
