Lenoir-Rhyne's Muderrisoglu Named South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lenoir-Rhyne's Runa Muderrisoglu has been named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Tennis Player of the Week for matches played during week four of the 2024 season, the Conference announced today. 

Muderrisoglu, a freshman from Duzce, Turkey, went 2-1 at No. 1 singles and was 3-0 at No. 1 doubles for the Bears this week. She won her singles matches against Anderson, 6-2, 6-4 and Johnson C. Smith 6-1, 6-0. Furthermore, she picked up three doubles wins against Mars Hill 6-4, Anderson 6-1, and Johnson C. Smith 6-2.
