Carson-Newman's Cherry Named Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 Winner in Volleyball

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Carson-Newman Blair Cherry was honored as the 2025 SAC Volleyball Wealth Enhancement Group Elite 23 award winner on Friday (November 21).

This award honors the student-athlete with the top cumulative grade-point average (based on a minimum of 48 credit hours) in each of the league's 23 team championship sports.

Cherry, a junior from Knoxville, Tenn., holds a 4.0 GPA with 68 credits while majoring in Biochemistry. Cherry was also honored as a Second Team All-Conference performer for the Eagles.
