The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf SAC Men's Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Queen's Martin Knauer was tabbed the Astroturf South Atlantic Conference Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, for meets contested Dec. 4 – 10, the League announced today.

Knauer, a junior from Wolnzach, Germany, placed second in the shot put with a throw of 15.02 meters at the Appalachian State University's Mountaineer Open. The award is his first Field Athlete of the Week honor this season.
