The South Atlantic Conference Announces AstroTurf SAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week, Oct. 3
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – Lenoir Rhyne forward Ismael Noumansana has been named the AstroTurf South Atlantic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for games played Sep. 26 – Oct. 3, the League announced today.
Noumansana, a junior from Leims, France, lead his team to wins against Carson-Newman University and Queens University last week. In the match against Carson-Newman, Noumansana scored the opening goal in the ninth minute and added another goal just minutes later in the 15th minute. He also scored the game-winning goal against Queens off of a corner kick in the fourth minute. The award is his first Player of the Week plaudit on the season.
